Prices: Prices subject to change without notice. Please verify at time of order.
With commodities (like copper, oil, etc) having such volatile markets, it has become difficult to predict.

Minimum Order: $25.00

Freight Policy: We ship via Fedex ground to business locations. For other shipping options, please call.
Order over $150.00 and we pay the Fedex ground charges to any Arizona location. (chemicals, spark plugs excluded)
We ship via Fedex ground to business locations.
All orders less than $75.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.75 (to Arizona locations).
All orders more than $75.00 and less than $150.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $12.50 (to Arizona locations).
For shipping charges to locations outside Arizona,
we will calculate the shipping charges at time order is placed.
Chemicals can not be shipped via Fedex. Call for other arrangements.
Local deliveries (limited area) made via our truck will be charged $3.75 on orders less than $75.00.
Orders exceeding $75.00 get free local delivery, via our truck.

Payment Terms: PayPal, Company Check, Mastercard, Visa.
1% 10, NET 30 DAYS TO QUALIFIED ACCOUNTS ONLY. Call for details.

Returned Checks: Any check returned, for any reason incurs a $28.00 charge.
2nd returned check gets account put on Prepaid status only (verified funds).
We maintain low prices from having NO Collection issues.

Warranty: All parts are guaranteed against breakage and defects.
Ship / Return defective parts within 3 days of purchase.
Warranty is limited to a replacement or refund of price paid.

Defective / Shipping Error Returns: You must contact Terminals Plus for an authorization number
for a return of defective product or shipment errors within 2 days of receipt of product.
Copy of our invoice showing purchase of product must be included with any returns to insure proper credit.
Use this number on all correspondence and packages to receive proper credit.

New Product Returns: Product must be in "Like New", saleable condition for credit to be issued.
15% restocking fee on all "New Product" returns made within 10 days of invoice date.
No returns on special orders. No returns on product after 10 days from invoice date.
You must contact Terminals Plus for authorization for a return. Return authorization number
is required for any return. Use this number on all correspondence and packages to receive proper credit.

Damaged Products: Customer is responsible to inspect packages when receiving them, to detect any damages.
Customer will make claims with freight company for all damages. We will assist if possible.
All our shipments via Fedex Ground are insured for the amount of the order, for your protection.
Customer should make note on shipper's documents when signing for them of any and all damages to packages.

Shipping: Terminals Plus ships most orders within 48 hours.
Our primary shipping company is Fedex. We ship to business locations only.
If a customer prefers another shipping method, please call to make arrangements. We want to assist you.

Special Orders: We welcome special orders. We strive to maintain inventory to service our customers needs,
but sometimes we do not stock an item a customer wants. When this happens we will offer to special order it for them.

Hours: Terminals Plus answers phone calls Monday through Thursday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. Friday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
We welcome orders 24 hours per day via our fax and email.
